Terms & Conditions – dan999 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the dan999 website and all associated services accessible at dan999.bet. "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform. "Wager" refers to any bet placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform. "Balance" refers to real-money funds held in a Player's account.

2 Eligibility

To register and use dan999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not unlawful.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of dan999.

dan999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is processed. The verification process may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. dan999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail verification within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.

You must notify dan999 promptly if any of your registered details change. Outdated information that causes a payment delay or failure is the sole responsibility of the Player.

4 Deposits

Deposits into your dan999 account may be made using the following payment methods where available: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by method.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dan999 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Deposits sourced from third parties, or deposits made via payment methods not registered in the Player's own name, are prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Identity verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is approved. The Platform targets a processing time of within 24 hours for verified accounts, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider.

dan999 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to require additional documentation for large withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawal requests that trigger AML review thresholds will be placed on hold until the review is complete.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Withdrawal of bonus-related funds prior to meeting those requirements is not permitted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers provided by dan999 are subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum odds, game eligibility restrictions, and time limits as specified at the point of offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses include:

• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are kept separate from real-money balances and used first unless the Player's account settings specify otherwise.
• Free spins and other non-cash rewards have a maximum cashable value unless stated.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• dan999 reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion with reasonable notice.

Players who wish to decline a bonus after it has been credited to their account should contact support before placing any wager. Once wagering has commenced, the bonus terms remain in full effect.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the dan999 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) engines where applicable. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and form part of the Player's agreement when placing a wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server interruption, disconnection, or software error — dan999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and honour confirmed wager outcomes. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager stake will be returned to the Player's account. No compensation will be provided for alleged winnings that cannot be verified by server logs.

Placing wagers using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the dan999 Platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using fabricated identities.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or payment processing vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies designed to extract guaranteed profits from promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any dan999 employee or support agent.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

dan999 may suspend or close a Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or where continued operation of the account poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform. Upon termination for cause, the Platform reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, net of any outstanding bonus requirements, will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted to dan999 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the dan999 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, text, and audio, is the proprietary property of dan999 or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dan999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits. The Platform's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dan999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at the Player's own risk.

13 Changes to These Terms

dan999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-account notification. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which dan999 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Players agree to submit to this process before initiating any legal proceedings.
